I partner with Series A to C companies as an advisor and mentor during stages of high growth. I specialize in helping companies build a strong people operations foundation, bring in best-in-class people programs, avoid expensive mistakes, and plan for the future. This is often needed when scaling your people team post-financing, making strategic decisions around your people team roadmap, or designing a remote-first culture.

My advisory work is structured as a monthly advisory retainer. We will meet weekly for one hour. The retainer also includes async questions that come up between sessions and access to all of my existing work product to speed up your progress and help you achieve your goals.
